- 1) Определить уровень личностной и ситуативной тревоги у студентов высших учебных заведений Республики Башкортостан с помощью опросника Спилбергера-Ханина (STAI).
- 2) Исследовать взаимосвязь между социально-демографическими параметрами и вариативностью уровня тревожности среди студентов возрастной группы от 18 до 27 лет.
- 3) Выделить ДНК из образцов венозной крови и провести генотипирование полиморфных локусов rs7124442 и rs6265 гена, кодирующего нейротрофический фактор головного мозга (BDNF), у индивидов с известным уровнем ситуативной и личностной тревожности.
- 4) Провести анализ ассоциаций изученных полиморфных локусов с уровнем ситуативной и личностной тревожности, включающий оценку основного эффекта полиморфных локусов rs7124442 и rs6265 в гене BDNF, а также анализ ген-средовых взаимодействий.
